11-13/09/2015 - The Project Life+IBERLINCE will participate in FECIRCATUR 2015

The LIFE+Iberlince Project attended to FECIRCATUR 2015, Fair of Hunting and tourism of Ciudad Real, which celebrated its first edition between the last 11 and September 13 in Ciudad Real trade fair pavilion.
The new Fair of Hunting and tourism of Ciudad Real, Fecircatur, born with the vocation to be the hunting reference event in Castilla-La Mancha community, being a unique opportunity to show the hunting wealth, tourist, gastronomic and landscape of the region.
We must emphasize that the areas assigned to the hunting activity in Castilla-La Mancha covers more than 7,000,000 hectares, of which 4,010,097 are for the recovery of small hunt, and 3,019,895 hectares to use the big hunt. This situation reveals the social and economic importance of hunting in this region.
Ciudad Real, after a couple of years without enjoying a hunting fair, and the social demand of thousands of fans, the alliance between the institutions and industry organizations, allowed to recover an emblematic date for the hunting and tourism sector.
The fair is planned by the Business Federation of Ciudad Real (Fecir) and has the support of Ciudad Real County and the most representative organizations within the hunting domain, such as APROCA, ASAJA, ASICCAZA, ATICA and CAZA OF FEDERATION CASTILLA LA MANCHA.
Being aware of the social, economic and environmental importance of hunting in castellanomanchega region, Iberlince will be present at this event with the exhibition "Territorios de Lince" and a lecture on the Life+Iberlince Project and the reintroduction of the Iberian lynx (Lynx pardinus) in Castilla La Mancha.
