Iberlince will be attenting to the First Fair of Hunting of Chillon (Ciudad Real)

The Life+IBERLINCE Project has been invited to attend to the "First Fair of Hunting of Chillon". The event will take place on Saturday October 3, 2015 in Chillon, town of Ciudad Real and it is organized by the Association of Hunters of the town.

The paper presented by technicians Iberlince "The reintroduction of the Iberian lynx in Castilla La Mancha and hunting activity" will be the starting signal for this hunting day at 23:00 in the Municipal Hall of Chillon.

This is how the first hunting exhibition of Chillon starts, in a town in the southeast of Ciudad Real, future expansion area of the Iberian lynx through Guadalmez river.

Multiple activities will be performed during the day, such as exposure and flight falconry birds, rehalas national contest, contest rabbit hunting hounds, among others. In addition, during the fair they will proceed to draw a post hunt by the Association of Hunters of Chillon. This event aims to be a festive day with recreational hunting as an engine for local development sustainable and compatible with conservation of biodiversity.

From the Life+Iberlince Project in Castilla La Mancha, we want to encourage the participation in this conference and we also want to show how much we have appreciated the invitation of the Association of Hunters of Chillon and interest so that the lynx may be present in this first exhibition of hunting location.
