LIFE+Iberlince Project Diffusion Workshops at Serra Norte of Sevilla

During the days 10, 11, 12 and 13th of November, the municipalities of Cazalla de la Sierra, Guadalcanal and Constantina, welcomed on their streets, exhibitions with contents about Iberian Lynx conservation and its reintroduction under the LIFE+Iberlince project.

Project technicians exchanged views with citizens of these municipalities and distributed disclosure material about Iberian Lynx reintroduction on Serra Norte de Sevilha territory’s that had disappeared decades ago.

Workshop’s results were satisfaction, and with this interaction with local communities, the possibility of Lynx reintroduction on these territory’s have been accepted, was also detected a great concerned for rabbits population decrease.

We thank municipalities, as well as to the workers from distinct centers, for hosting the support activities for the realization of these diffusion workshops.
