"Litio", another traveler lynx

"Litio", released on May 14, 2015 within the framework of the Life+Iberlince Project in the concelho of Mértola in the area of Portuguese reintroduction of Vale do Guadiana, it has been captured in the "El Ramiro" in the municipality of Gibraleón by experts from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial attached to the Life+Iberlince Program Territory. The specimen had a worrying state of health is very weak, and has been transferred to CREA for evaluation.

It is excellent news that shows the versatility of the lynx and teaches us that the "Vale do Guadiana" connection - "Doñana" is possible.

This, together with the story of "Hongo" encourages the Life+Iberlince Project to continue working in the connection area between the two countries.
