Awards for conserving the Iberian lynx

The project LIFE+IBERLINCE, in which the Autonomous Community of Murcia participates and aims to recover the populations of this threatened feline, delivered yesterday its annual awards at the Real Casino of Murcia, in a ceremony chaired by the director of the Office Of Socioeconomic Impact of the Environment, Juan Madrigal de Torres, and the coordinator of the conservation plan, Miguel Ángel Simón.

The prizes were received by the citizen platform Yecla, Tierra de Linces, the Commonwealth of Waters and Services of Llerena (Extremadura), the Group of Schools of Mértola (Portugal) and the owners of farms José María Gil de Santivañes de la Mora (Toledo) And María Jesús Gualda Bueno (Jaén).
