LIFE-Naturaleza program presents seminar at Lancaster University on the conservation of the Iberian lynx

The seminar was given to pre- and post-doctoral teachers and researchers

On Friday, June 16, the LIFE+Iberlince project gave a seminar at the Lancaster Environment Centre of the Lancaster University, United Kingdom. The one-hour seminar was entitled "Recovering the Iberian Lynx from the brink of extinction" and included all actions for the conservation of the species carried out through LIFE projects since 2002. The audience showed great Interest in the subject and was very participative, frequently asking questions and providing recommendations.

This initiative is framed within the dissemination of the project’s results to specialist audiences, prioritizing universities and research centres.

The project thanks the interest Lancaster University has demonstrated in recent years in the conservation of the Iberian lynx, especially by the annual workshops it organizes at the Doñana Natural Park.
